Tasks to explore
One from the notebooks that I started I thoguht about similarities between humans and animals, how I see and feel it.
It is very often that I just change direction of thinking if I feel interested in something. So I gave myself tasks to explore on a first page of notebook.
Tasks to explore:
Ants, Birds, Bees
Ships → Capitan logs
Learn patterns, study patterns, connect the realms, write a bridge.
And I didin’t do anything from those tasks except of trying to write a bridge
It was just filling the time that I had free, in a coffeeshop, so I just have random collection of thoughts that were passing through my head.
“Whatever is alive in this very moment will not matter in a long term, so why botter at all ?
Can I change it ? Is there anything I could do about it ?
Well I didin’t change much around me, but I changed myself, by getting a deeper undestanding, and making the shift, in how I approach what I thought.
People are curious, and most of the time if someone is alive there is this spark i n their eyes. A part of them that is excited to find out.
There is this hidden language that sounds a little bit like whisper, or in other words it is like a dance.
This dance appears in little situations between people. Like something is beeing said to us, it is difficult, to hear it at first specially, but with time, there is a little bit more and more understadning.
Picture is beeing created, It seems like one order one guest does not bring a difference, bt we are not so much different than animals.
If we are in a different places in mental understanding of ourselves, than to build rapport between us, we need to go through some kind of journey togheter, and both parties need to be interested in that .

With that sencetnce I meant any conversation, or event that took place between us.
A can equal 1 day,
C can equal 3 eveninigs
Completely different things, names, purposuses, goals, but in “Space”
What is home for me might be a home for a firend or a storage unit for someone else. But In spacial warness on earth that places are in a certian locations.
In location there are different roles we need to take.
So let’s for need of example, let’s say, that places are like “stages”
A stage is a place where there is a performance.
Performance is a play, played by artists.
We all are those artists.
If we would look upon all of the humans as artists we all take part in a big play of life, and the biggest discovery for me. In that cases was that I can be observer of the things that are beeing played in between people.
Slowly, slowly, slower, back up a little bit, and observe everything. Once you distance yourself from the play withouth engaging, from a point of a view of a birds everything is different.
Lack of purposue
This is the missing indigriend of engagment
How can you be engaged if you don’t see purpouse in what you do
Understand the purpose of what you do and it will make sence
It is almost like sittng down in a airplane, and distancing yourself, disconnecting from everything, firstly you feel the wheels taking off the ground and you know you are going to be taken into a certain destiny. As you fly you see the perspective.
Not connected to emotions you can start to notice that person is doing this. This is what other human is doing.
In all of that, you can start to see connections between actions, decisions, it all adds up.
Someone who is great at what they do might e not compatible, with the mission of the ship.
You work on a boat
You work on a ship

You work in a coffeeshop
You work in a restaurant
You work in a hotel
Familiy coffeeshops
Coffeeshops with missions
Roasteriers
Whatever is the boat you are on, crew need to be alligned togheter if someone is compatible with 1,2 or 3.
Crews need to be skilled and support themselves in big waves and storms you need a capitan that knows his crew
Building teams, crews, families.
We all work with what we have, and we can learn of course.
But navigator, and cartograph will get a common ground to support eacheter at work.
Like guitarist and bass player
Like Violoinist and contrabas
Like baristas, and serveres
Capitan should know everything
From espresso to milk, and service
But in the same time, capitan doesn’t need to know how ships are beeing build. Of course would be good to know the process, but if you know how to use a cannon, and use wind and set a ship on a water to keep the course on going .
Timing distance, it is more important to know how to win battle, that capitan gives orders, and crew masters their part, that they are the most compatibile.

They all have their part in that play
In a future to come
To overcome waves and go beyond the horizon and survive you need people who knows exactly what and how to do.
If a person is responsible, for water supplies don’t work correctly no one will survive.
Navigation thourgh ocean is not much different to navigatoion though daily life.
You can get yourself a ourse, to a destination you know you are going East.
You are going to have 4 destinations A, B, C, D
A→B→C→D
With reaching the end of 1 journey, beggins to take place another beggining.
The journey shifts to Major and minor events
I - ii - iii - IV - V - vi - vii’

Life is a open game and we can make choices acordingly
Precision on each postion the most alligned person to the task
You would not put a person with week eyes on a eagels nest.
Not only skills, but body, capibility, strenght, dexternity
Putting 1 right person in a right place, will bring outcome better of putting 3 people that have no clue what they are doing.

Better than excited crowd that just makes random sounds, it is better to have just 1 who really knows what is taking place.
